What is aguemart.com Return Policy?

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at contact@ aguemart.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C’mon that’s just fair!

1. Please note that “aguemart.com’s 15 Working Days Returns Policy” does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery,Swimsuits, Socks,Furniture, CDs, Pens & Books.

2. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by aguemart.com team.

3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

4. Some special rules for promotional offers may override “ aguemart.com’s 15 Day Returns Policy.”

5. Please note that shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection.In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

What is Free Exchange?

If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller’s Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.
Returns are covered by the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee for seller aguemart.com. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:

1) Place your item in its original packaging – not the aguemart.com box

2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice

3) Keep the product and the package ready in case of a aguemart.com Pick up

4) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

– Return request is made outside the specified time frame

– Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

– Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies

– Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

– Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies

– Any consumable item which has been used or installed

– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

– Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

What is aguemart.com’s Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 15 days of delivery from seller.
Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
